**Important Information**
Announcement: Wholesale orders will be closed between June 15th, 2023 and July 9th, 2023. I will not be processing any orders during this time, please order accordingly.

Damaged or broken cookies must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order to be issued a credit. No refunds will be given.

Decorated dog cookie shelf life - 5 months for icing integrity.
- Cookie icing will look blotchy upon arrival, this is normal and will clear in 5 to 7 days depending on your stores internal temperature.
Production lead times are 15 business days ( 21 calendar days) from time I receive your order. I will notify you directly when your order is ready to ship.
Local pick up times will be from 10am to 6pm. Closed on Sundays & Mondays. When your pick up order is ready, I will email you ahead of time.
Production days and prices are subject to change with out advanced notice, during busy holiday seasons or as the economy changes.
