How do I track my order?Once your order is processed, I will send you a tracking number to the email address you provided.
What shipping companies do you use?
We currently use Canada and Purolator and UPS to ship our orders for all dry goods.
What is your return policy?
Currently, we do not accept returns on any food items, unless there are manufacturer defects ( mold, etc). Non food items can be returned with a receipt and in original packaging within 14 days of purchase.
Do you offer custom designed biscuits/cookies?Yes! We LOVE custom orders from our customers. Send us an email through our Contact Us page and I will contact you for the details for your custom order.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we do not ship internationally. We only offer Canada wide Shipping through Canada Post. Please contact me directly for other options.
My pet has allergies, can they still enjoy Barnyard Biscuits?
No problem at all! I can create custom biscuits and snacks to alleviate any allergy that your dog or horse may suffer from. I want all pets to be able to enjoy our biscuits! Please contact me through the contact us page and I will be in touch as soon as possible.
